Natasha Harvey CA, Group Commercial Manager, Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited
Natasha Harvey is an aspiring director who has started her journey in the ‘for purpose’ (not for profit) sector and is currently shaping her governance career. Natasha is a Chartered Accountant with both a business advisory accounting and commercial finance background and has particular interests in women’s affairs, social development and agribusiness.
Natasha’s current employment is with Fonterra as Group Commercial Manager and she is currently Board Chair of Dress for Success Hamilton. Natasha is actively involved in other organisations including the Hamilton Multicultural Services Trust (board member), CAANZ Women’s Special Interest Group (Convenor) and the St Peter Chanel Sports Committee (Treasurer).
Natasha will talk about her governance journey to date (including why she is pursuing this path and next steps), challenges faced by an aspiring director and of being a working mum with strong career aspirations.
