Managing the Secretariat & Governance Advisor - Women on Boards New Zealand

Women on Boards NZ Inc. has a vacancy for a newly established position working with the Chair and CEO.

Initially, the role will manage and oversee the voting process; moving from the establishment board to an incoming board. The successful applicant will also be required to work with the outgoing and incoming Chairperson establishing, overseeing and managing of the meeting schedule and board meetings which will be held on rotation throughout the year in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

As with all other roles within this organisation, this role is currently not remunerated although reasonable costs incurred and all travel costs associated with attending board meetings will be reimbursed. In the initial stage with establishing and setting up, more effort may be required; thereafter settling into a routine and not expected to be greater than ten days per annum.
