Methanex boosts Taranaki investment

Methanol production in Taranaki is set to boom with a US$65 million (NZ$78m) investment.

Canadian-based methanol giant Methanex is set to boost capacity at its New Zealand operations by 700,000 tonnes to 2.2 million tonnes by the end of this year.
