Advisory Board Members - Technology Services Company

One of the largest privately owned technology services company in New Zealand is seeking expressions of interest from individuals with a proven experience in governance and management of a medium to large company preferably in the technology space.

The background sought is:

• Experience in a $150 million company with experience to assist the family owners move the business to more of a corporate model in terms of strategic planning, management processes and people development.
• Understanding of the sector, especially with services skills and the flexibility to work with our client.

This is a paid position and the term of the appointment is 2 years. Applicants must live in the Auckland region. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed in early December.
