'Defective' governance at the Bank of England

Chairman of the Treasury Committee, Andrew Tyrie, has called governance procedures at the Bank of England 'defective'. His comments follow the publication of three independent reviews into the Bank's performance, which Tyrie believes are 'too little, too late'.
