Corporate Law and CPD

Members and Affiliates are invited to consider a CSNZ-ICSA module for their own or a colleague or associate's professional development. In summary -

Corporate Law provides a thorough understanding of the sources and principal provisions of corporate law and corporate compliance in the structure, management and performance of the business entity.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Participation in this module enables the corporate officer to:

• advise on the provisions and application of corporate law appropriate to the constitution, formation and performance of the business entity
• perform the role of principal compliance officer
• understand and advise on the impact of law on the role of Directors, Management, the Secretary and the audit function.
