Board Minute Secretary - Auckland Netball

Auckland Netball is a not-for-profit sports facility based in St Johns and owns and operates the netball facility in Merton Road Auckland at which over 19,000 netball players participate in various competitions.
The Board comprises a diverse group including experienced commercial directors and former netball players. It operates within a robust governance framework and is seeking a Board Minute Secretary.
The role requires attendance at a monthly Board Meeting, held on the 3rd Tuesday each month, commencing around 6pm. The meetings last for around 2.5 hours and a further two hours is required to prepare the minutes after the meeting. The role is remunerated.
