Time for corporate New Zealand to learn its ABC

Anti-bribery and corruption compliance (ABC) was born in 1970s USA. Although Rocky was rocking and Bay City was rolling, courtesy of Watergate a trustless tristesse had descended upon the US. Later scandals only extended the circle of distrust. The most significant involved US defence contractor Lockheed, which (despite a Government bailout) was found to have bribed officials in Japan and across Europe.
