SABMiller brews debate over Corporate Governance Code breach

Global brewer SABMiller has announced that its current Chief Executive, Graham Mackay, will take over as Chairman, a move that goes against recommendations of the UK Corporate Governance Code.

The UK Corporate Governance Code suggests that chief executives should not go on to become chairmen of the same group.
