CSA cordially invite members of the New Zealand Division to register for the CSA e-newsletter CSA News Update which is published on a monthly basis. There is no charge for the service. Current circulation is in excess of 16,000 each month.

CSA News Update provides changes in Australian legislation, regulations and case law, governance practices, findings on international and national governance surveys and CSA advocacy.

The e-newsletter includes:

  • Updates from ASIC, ASX, ACCC and other regulatory bodies
  • News from other jurisdictions that is relevant, either to current or future practice
  • Legislative updates
  • Case law with relevance to Members in both Australia and New Zealand involved in governance and risk management
  • Links to CSA media releases and submissions

With the increasing development of markets in Australasia, and a growing number of companies having operations on both sides of the Tasman, the need to be aware of and have an understanding of developments in Australia is critical to all governance professionals. In addition, registering for the CSA News Update extends a connection for members wishing to advance international awareness .
