Bledisloe Estate Trust Appointments - Expressions of interest sought for Trustees

The Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind (RNZFB) seeks expressions of interest from suitably qualified persons to serve as Trustees on the Bledisloe Estate Trust.
The Trust owns and manages a valuable property portfolio on behalf of the RNZFB via the independent Bledisloe Estate Trust (BET). These properties include the main RNZFB site in Parnell Auckland, which comprises of a significant mixed use portfolio; it also provides management services to the Foundations properties throughout the country. Via a separate Trust it manages the interests of the Foundation in a significant property development opportunity in the United Kingdom.
Experienced directors with a deep knowledge of property, and an emphasis on property management skills, to enhance the assets in the Trust are sought.
