Your vote, your proxy and make a change

On Wednesday 30 November, ICSA advised that fax and scanned email proxy forms would now be accepted. [To that date, the UK Scrutineers have only been accepting original hard copy mailed proxy forms.]

For those members who have not completed their two proxies, please print the proxies from the attached files, complete your name, mark the relevant boxes and sign the form. If you do not know your member number, this will be completed on the return of the proxies.

Proxy for ICSA General Meeting [ICSA Logo top right hand side] ... READ MORE and Proxy for second General Meeting [ICSA Logo top left hand side] ... READ MORE . Please note there are two separate meetings.

TO PROTECT THE INTERESTS OF NEW ZEALAND MEMBERS THE COMMITTEE FOR NEW ZEALAND RECOMMEND THAT YOU VOTE:

  • AGAINST the three resolutions at the first ICSA Council convened meeting (white form)
  • FOR the two resolutions at the second Member-requisitioned meeting (grey form).

Please return your completed and signed proxy forms

  • Email with scanned proxies attached to: info@csnz.org
  • Fax to: (9) 366 3979

We thank all Members who have respondeded to-date and encourage remaining Members to join in an overwhelming rejection of the United Kingdom proposals.

Please Email or Fax your proxies by the close of business on Tuesday 6 December 2011.
