The Australian Diversity Tsunami

New Zealand governance communities are somewhat bemused by the ‘diversity tsunami’ that is rolling over Australia with unprecedented speed.  Its impact was reflected in the recent Australian Institute of Management’s annual debate on whether ‘real women don’t need a quota’.  Calls for quotas grow stronger as Australians actively engage in the quota debate.
