Deputy Company Secretary at Contact Energy in Wellington.
Contact Energy is a leading New Zealand listed company, and the Deputy Company Secretary will be responsible to the General Counsel and Company Secretary for corporate governance and managing the secretariat. The position is suited to a senior and experienced corporate governance professional or experienced lawyer with a desire to extend their skill sets and experience to governance and associated disciplines.
