Contract Minute Secretary - Capital & Coast and Hutt Valley District Health Boards

Wellington members are invited to consider an opportunity to provide contract secretarial services for minute taking for the Board and Committees of the Capital & Coast and Hutt Valley District Health Boards.

The Boards conduct eight meetings a month from February to early December over four days each month.  Candidates are sought with at least 5 years experience in secretariat work, with high levels of competence in resolution and narration minute taking and ability to write in an authoritative manner.  Recording of committee proceedings is not permitted.  Travel is required to Wellington Regional and Hutt Valley Hospitals and the successful candidate will liaise with the Board Secretary.
