This course is delivered in two sessions scheduled two weeks apart.

You will take a deep dive into the role and responsibilities of the board chair. You will learn about board processes, what makes an effective chair, getting the most out of board performance and managing board dynamics. Take away practical tips and hear from experienced board chairs about how to succeed in this demanding role.
