This two hour workshop offers practical guidance on the core functions of meetings, minute-taking and recording resolutions. Governance New Zealand’s expert guidance on meeting procedures and other sources of information will be used during the course.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Huddersfield (UK). She achieved a Chartered Secretary qualification in New Zealand.
With over 20 years’ experience at Senior Management, Angela is very familiar with the nuances of not-for-profits, charities and membership led organisations. She is a trusted advisor to boards, and regularly facilitates trainings for boards, board secretariat teams and management.
Angela has managed governance in a variety of organisations both profit and not-profit.
This workshop is ideal for anyone involved in preparing meetings or recording procedures for any form of meeting e.g. board meetings, AGM’s, special meetings or shareholder meetings.
