It is critically important that directors (and officers) of all types of organisations have a reasonable level of financial literacy and understanding of a company’s financial statements to effectively undertake their roles and meet their statutory and legal duties. The aim of this practical workshop is to show how to analyse the performance of an organisation using the financial statements and to gain confidence to challenge financial reports and ask the right questions at board meetings.
