The presentation will provide an overview of the nature of equity crowdfunding and how it implicates securities law. This will include an outline of the legal rules governing New Zealand’s crowdfunding framework, the developments in the crowdfunding market place in the last two years, and the opportunities and threats to New Zealand’s crowdfunding regime.
You will come away from the seminar with a clear understanding of the rules governing crowdfunding, changes to crowd funding in the past two years and the knowledge and confidence to consider crowd funding opportunities.
