The aim of this course is to outline the legal entities and legal frameworks that underpin corporate governance and provide an understanding of the key principles and statutory requirements associated with being a director or officer of these legal entities.

• Compliance requirements in New Zealand, including constitution, registration, filing for annual AGMs, auditing
• Outline of the fundamental governance duties of directors and officers for each governance structure
