Rob is currently the New Chair of Health NZ Interim Board, Chancellor Auckland University of Technology, Chair of SkyCity Entertainment Limited, Summerset Group Holdings Limited, Tourism Holdings Limited , WEL Networks Limited and Ara Ake Ltd and a director of Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited. Rob has over 35 years’ experience in capital markets and is a director of or advisor to a range of investment fund and private equity groups in New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong and the United States of America. In 2019, Rob was awarded a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit (CNZM) and received the Distinguished Alumni Award from Victoria University of Wellington in 2019.

Liz Dawson MNZM

Liz Dawson’s career in business, sports management and governance has spanned more than 25 years, including roles as the first female Chief Executive of an Australian Rugby League club and the first female director of a Super Rugby franchise. Currently, Liz serves as Chair of the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2022 LOC, being hosted across 6 cities in NZ in 2022. She is the Deputy Chair of the New Zealand Olympic Committee, Deputy Chair of the (ONOC) Oceania Olympic Gender Equity Commission and a member of the Gender Equity Commission of the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC). Tania Goatley

Tania is an experienced litigator and an expert in data protection, privacy and intellectual property. With 20 years' experience working with national and international clients, her practice includes all aspects of intellectual property law, including copyright, passing off and trade mark infringement. Tania also has a strong media law background, advising on defamation claims, appearing in Court on name suppression issues, and assisting clients with all aspects of consumer and competitor advertising issues. Tania is recommended for her work in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) field in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2021, and ranked by Chambers Asia Pacific 2021 for TMT.


Sam Stubbs

Sam Stubbs is the founder of Simplicity, NZ’s fastest growing KiwiSaver plan. Simplicity is a not-for profit KiwiSaver and Fund Manager that gives 15% of management fees to charity and invests with a conscience. Sam was previously CEO of Tower Investments. He was MD of Hanover Group and worked for Goldman Sachs in London and Hong Kong. He has previously worked for NatWest Markets, IBM and Fay, Richwhite and Company. Sam has an MA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Auckland. He is a father of 4 children and so has no time for any hobbies!


Dr Duncan Webb

Duncan Webb was elected as MP for Christchurch Central in 2017.Prior to entering Parliament, he was a partner at Lane Neave where he specialised in civil litigation.He has also been a Professor of Law at the University of Canterbury and is the author of several law texts. An expert on legal ethics, Dr Webb was New Zealand’s first Legal Complaints Review Officer. Dr Webb chairs Parliament’s Finance and Expenditure Select Committee and serves as Junior Government Whip. He lives in Christchurch and has three adult sons.

With over 30 years’ corporate and business ownership experience, Katheren has developed a strong array of governance, leadership, strategy and business growth expertise. She is currently the Chief Executive of Asthma NZ, Director of the Performance Improvement Company TrainingPlus and an active investor with Flying Kiwi Angels. Katheren has worked with a number of boards facilitating strategic, board and executive alignment.
