Jane has over 12 years experience as a health, safety and environmental regulator. She has led and overseen hundreds of investigations as both an investigations manager and health and safety inspector. In addition, she has worked as a Principal Practice Adviser and Specialist Inspector of Major Hazard Facilities. Her qualifications include an MA (Hons) in Politics along with a NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (Distinction). Jane was awarded the top candidate prize for the International Diploma in 2016/17. In July 2018, Jane was employed as a health, safety and statutory risk consultant by Vero Liability Insurance Ltd - the first appointment of its type in the New Zealand insurance Industry.
