Workshop overview

This three hour workshop, facilitated by Simon Telfer, will provide practical guidance and useful tools to assist with applying for and successfully securing board positions – whether you are seeking your first board role or are looking to grow your existing governance portfolio.

Maximum learning outcomes are achieved by the analysis of real-life case studies and examples, and by encouraging interactive discussion. Simon will also share his research around governance appointments in New Zealand.
