Asking a question in advance or during the meeting
To help us ensure that full answers to questions can be given at the AGM, it is helpful to receive these in advance. If you would like to submit a question in advance, please do it via LUMI or send it to email@example.com by midday on Tuesday, 19 September 2023. However, please note that this does not preclude you from asking questions during the meeting.
Questions on the day can be submitted via the Lumi messaging function.
For more information about how to join the meeting, appoint a proxy or post a question before or during the meeting, please go to the Institute’s website and click on the AGM Guide. Or if you prefer, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call Adi Alderson at the Governance New Zealand office on 027 217 7958.
If you prefer to receive a printable copy of any of the documents, including the proxy form, please contact the Adi Alderson at email@example.com or phone 027 217 7958.
Please be aware that to be valid, all completed proxy forms must be received by 18.00 hrs (BST) on Wednesday, 20 September 2023. After this time, you will not be able to appoint a proxy and, if you wish to vote on the resolutions, you must join the meeting.
