Warwick Pettigrew FCIS

Warwick has utilised his accounting, governance and commercial experience in a range of permanent and contractual positions for over 35 years, gaining substantial expertise both nationally and internationally in strategic and business planning, project and change management, risk management and due diligence.

Initially in large corporate environments in the telecommunications sector, including senior financial positions and appointment as General Manager, Strategic Planning, Telecom International, he has focussed more recently on small to medium businesses primarily in the building services and energy sectors. These roles have included participation at Board level at various times.

Warwick became an Associate of ICSA in 1992 and was elected a Fellow in 2015. He is also a Chartered Accountant, with a BBS and DipBA from Massey University and an MBA from Southern Cross University.

A former Chairman of the Wellington Branch of Governance New Zealand, Warwick has recently returned to Taranaki to pursue his goal of assisting SMEs achieve growth through clarity in their business vision and strategy, and effective implementation through their governance and management structures.

A keen cross-country runner, Warwick also enjoys chess, reading and cricket.
