Women on Boards Networking Event: Hamilton

Seminar

Overview

In this our 125th year of women’s suffrage, this panel discussion will take a critical look at how far we have come in achieving gender equality – both in the workplace and around the board table – and what still needs to be done. Topics will include a wide range of board diversity issues such as:

  • voluntary versus mandated quotas
  • overcoming unconscious bias
  • being comfortable about discomfort around the board table
  • what is needed to succeed in the 21st Century

Audience participation is a given! Come with your questions as panellists will not only share their insights, they will offer practical takeaways, hints and tips that you can immediately put into use.
