Governance Journey - Foodstuffs South Island Limited
Kim has recently retired after a career of over 30 years with Foodstuffs South Island. Since 2009, Kim held the position of General Manager of Employee and Support Services / Company Secretary. One of her highlights in this role was the re-write of the Company Constitution to allow for Independent Directors.
Kim will speak on her governance journey along with the governance journey of this large South Island Co-operative.
