Helen is an entrepreneur with interests in a diverse range of innovative companies as well independent directorships.

She is Executive Director & Co-Founder of Organic Initiative (Oi).

She chairs The Network for Learning Ltd (N4L), CLOUD M & Valens Group and she also holds directorships with ATEED (Auckland Tourism Events & Economic Development), NZ Defence Force, Fulbright NZ and Aktive.

Helen has led many technology companies including Microsoft, Pivotal, TZ1, and Markit.

Helen was awarded the prestigious Supreme Award at the recent 2016 Women of Influence Awards held in Auckland.
