The Women in Governance Awards 2019 winners were announced at a special Awards Gala Dinner held last Thursday at the Hilton Auckland...and what a night!
It was pure delight to be surrounded by so many talented, dedicated, hard working and truly inspirational women and organisations successfully championing for greater gender balance and diversity in the governance and leadership space...and all assembled in just one room!
The atmosphere was charged with a unique energy that only exists when a gathering of people occurs for one unified reason...to acknowledge and share journeys, successes, goals, experiences and hopes for the future in order to make NZ a fairer place for all NZérs. There were moments of tears and laughter, heartfelt expressions of unwavering support and camaraderie, and a sense that things are definitely changing for the better in the gender diverse leadership landscape...please join us in congratulating all of our inspirational Award winners and finalists.
