Professor Mervyn King SC made a presentation on the concepts and rationale behind the King IV report to the ICSA Global Council on 18 March in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Following the presentation, Professor King was awarded an Honorary Fellowship of ICSA in recognition for his immense contribution to corporate governance.
