the corporate conscience in action...

To succeed in this climate, whether in the public, private or not-for-profit sectors, it is essential to have people on board who can chart a course through the jungle of legislation, regulation and best practice.

Our members typically hold the position of general counsel, board adviser, CFO, company secretary, director or risk and compliance manager and, as such, play a major part in an organisation's governance. They are a key source of advice and maintain a vigilant eye while providing the essential interface between the board of management and its internal and external stakeholders and opinion-formers. Our members make a powerful top-level contribution to any organisation.
